  • We deliver your rental equipment to the delivery address selected for your reservation. When your rental is complete, we return to collect the totes and any rented accessories from your collection address. Please make sure the equipment is accessible on both service dates.

  • Our packages are priced around a 7-day rental period. If you need additional time, contact us before your scheduled collection date and we’ll confirm whether an extension is available.

  • If you realize you need additional totes, contact KC Quality Rentals as soon as possible. Additional equipment can be added based on availability and may require an additional delivery or rental charge.

  • Yes. Every tote is inspected, cleaned, and sanitized between rentals so it is clean, dry, and ready for the next customer.
